    We still get amazed by the versatility of the olive and keep on searching for way's to prepare them. The same goes for the delicious sweet red peppers and other vegetables we are growing in the soil of Samos.

    Olive Tapenade

    Olive Tapenade

    The flesh of the large Kalamon olive gives a beautiful, deep purple colour to our Olive Paste. You can almost taste the creaminess and richness inside just by looking at it! Add our special Samos seasoning to this and you have the perfect bread companion or condiment!

    Ingredients: Kalamon Olives (Olea europaea), salt, pepper, Lemon juice (Citrus x limon), garlic, herbs, extra virgin PS olive oil, water.

    Sweet Pepper Spread

    Sweet Pepper Spread

    The sweet red paprika we grow on Samos inspires with its gorgeous colour, funky shape and sublime flavour. We roast and mash them to bring out even more of these characteristics and then add our secret ingredient mix... The result is a fantastic spread with many uses!

    Ingredients: Paprika Fiorentini (Capsicum annuum), Chili pepper (Capsicum solanaceae), salt, pepper, Lemon juice (Citrus limon), garlic, extra virgin PS olive oil, water.

    Olive Jam

    Our olive jam is like the caviar of jams. Very rare, very special and unbelievable delicate in taste! We only use first class Kalamon olives and our jam is one of the most versatile products we make. It goes great with savoury dishes, salads, cheeses and meat!

    Ingredients: Olea europaea Kalamon, Citrus limon, Malus domestica), water, raw sugarcane, Samian honey & herbs.
